More than 25 years of innovation

1988: Automatica was founded in April 1988 under a regional industrial group and begins activity for development of industrial IT solutions.

1990: Collaboration with the automotive industry for the automation of fastener test benches, as well as the calibration activities for the associated sensors.

2000: Diversification in the fastening-bolts sector: creation of a complete range of test solutions (hardware and software for laboratories, assembly lines and portable system for on-site inspections, etc.).

2003: Development of the first compact traction machines on whole parts for the world for fastener: MTC range.

2008: Sensors development for fasteners: ATT range. Creation of the calibration laboratory. The company also carries out screwing tests for its customers and offers training on the controls of screwed assemblies.

2009: Development of compact motorized screwdrivers: BCF range.

2011: Relocation of the company to a new building in Lure. Development of new means of calibration in force and torque for the laboratory.

2014: Development of new vertical screwdriving benches: Range BV01.

2015: Widening of the measuring range of the traction machine range up to 300 kN: Model MTC03.

2016: – Following the request of its customers, Automatica is undertaking a COFRAC accreditation procedure for its calibration laboratory in the field of force and torque.

– Development of laboratory activities with the start of a calibration activity of on-site torque wrenches.

– Development of an temperature management solution for laboratories.
